Cancellation & Refund Policy

At LOOK MUMMA, we believe in helping our customers as much as possible. Our policy is designed to be fair while ensuring the quality and integrity of our products.

1. Cancellation Policy

Immediate Requests: Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order.

Shipping Status: A cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to our vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, we do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for the following:

  • Marker Pens
  • Stationery Items

3. Return & Replacement Conditions

For all other eligible items, the following terms apply:

24-Hour Window: Any issue regarding damage, defects, or "not as described" must be reported to our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for return.

Verification: For damaged or defective items, the request will be processed once the merchant has checked and verified the issue.

4. Refund Process

Quality Control (QC): Refunds are only initiated after we receive the returned product at our facility and it passes a mandatory Quality Control (QC) test.

Timeline: Once the product passes the QC test, approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.

How to Request a Return

If your item is eligible for a return, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:

Step 2: Use the Return Template To speed up your request, please send us the following information:

Order Number: (e.g., #LM1001) Reason for Return: (Damaged / Wrong Item / Not as described) Photos/Video: Attach clear images of the product and the outer packaging.

Step 3: Evaluation Our team will review your complaint and photos. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment.

Step 4: QC & Refund After we receive the item and it passes our Quality Control check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days.
